APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz. - Feb. 25, 2021 - PRLog -- This Sunday night on SKY 7, Rock and Roll 101 - hosted by Daniel the Musicologist - puts the spotlight on the kaleidoscope of colors that decorate the rock and roll musical landscape. In particular, the ability of artists through the years to put those colors to good use on their collective canvas.

The lineup includes Donovan, The Moody Blues, The Doors, The Who, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Cyrkle, The Doobie Brothers, Petula Clark, The Raiders, Tommy James & The Shondells, and more, including Michael Nesmith & The First National Band.

In the second hour, "Harlem Shuffle" is the Cover of the Week, and there's a segment on the subject of listening to the radio (Freddy Cannon, Reunion and Everclear). The Vintage Tunedex spotlights the All-American Survey for legendary Top 40 rocker KOMA in Oklahoma City for the week of Feb. 17, 1968 (many local airplay hits that didn't fare so well nationally).

Rock and Roll 101 is heard every Sunday on SKY 7 at 6 p.m. (reboot at 8 p.m.) Mountain Standard Time. To listen, log on to https://sky7music.com, then click on Classic Hits and Awesome Variety. Or, download the SKY 7 app.
