VPI Adds a 1RU 24-Port CAT7 Feed-Through Patch Panel

AURORA, Ohio - Feb. 24, 2021 - PRLog -- Video Products Inc (VPI) today announced the addition of the 1RU 24-Port CAT7 Feed-Through Patch Panel to its popular line of CAT7 products. The panel features RJ45 jacks on both sides, which provides a quick and easy network installation – just plug in the cables.

The PNL-PTCH-7FF-24 is rated for Category 7 10Gigabit Ethernet applications, and is backwards compatible with CAT6a, CAT6, CAT5e, and CAT5. It features 24 CAT7 female-to-female RJ45 ports in 1RU. The fully shielded RJ45 coupler jacks with 50-micron gold contacts are located on both the front and rear of the panel, and the protective shielded housing reduces EMI/RFI interference. The panel is designed to fit in a standard 19" rack/cabinet.

The clear numbering on the front and back of the network patch panel enables quick and easy identifications of cable runs. The front panel features white, non-adhesive label for writing port names and clear plastic cover. The detachable cable management shelf keeps cables neat and tidy. Mounting hardware, cable ties, and a grounding wire are also included.
