She relayed her favorite customer service story about a client lacking transportation to pick up her supplies at the pharmacy.

"I received a call from a lady who said that she was out of test strips needed to control blood sugar level. She didn't have someone to assist her. I was able to do same-day delivery for her. After receiving the product, she called back and said that I saved her life," Kay paused. "That's what I love about owning my medical supply company. I'm literally in a business that saves lives."
