BASM Announces GunBroker.com Add-on for Easy Bound Book® Business

MINNEAPOLIS - Feb. 15, 2021 - PRLog -- Business Automation Specialists of Minnesota, Inc. (BASM), a software developer and authorized reseller of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, announced today the release of the GunBroker.com Interface for Easy Bound Book® Business (EBB Business).

The GunBroker.com interface automatically creates the new customer, an open Sales Order and allocates the inventory as sold…all at the push of a button. EBB Business also identifies the customer and Sales Order as originating from GunBroker.com. If the order can't be shipped because of payment refusal or the order has incomplete FFL information, users easily request a refund of their auction fees from GunBroker.com.

Once the GunBroker.com order is entered into EBB Business, the system automatically updates the FFL. EBB Business holds the order until the FFL shipping information is added to the Sales Order. EBB Business updates the customer information on GunBroker.com if needed. Customers are informed as the status changes on the order. Tracking information is sent from EBB Business to GunBroker.com to notify the auction winner the product has shipped.
