SCOTLAND, Scotland - Feb. 9, 2021 - PRLog -- At November Fitness & Coaching we strongly believe that everyone should exercise daily.  Moving your body does so much for you, both physically and mentally.  At the moment we are spending an increasing amount of time at home and finding ways to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your mood and your overall fitness is easier with a strong community and motivational coach in your corner.

November Fit has the solution for your health and fitness needs.  Fitness sessions can be delivered 1:1 in person (outside and distanced) or via zoom, in a class setting 'live' and on catch up in a private Facebook group and in addition to this, on demand options are also available.

1:1 sessions are tailor made to your needs and designed to challenge you, achieve your goals and have fun doing it!  Each session is progressive, specific, individualised and fitness oriented with nutrition optimisation as an added extra.  Positive reinforcement is the best motivational tool to ensure consistency.  Accountability and support provided throughout your fitness journey, which is exactly that, a journey!  Make it a lifestyle and aim for progression.  We have your back all the way.

Classes are high energy, dynamic and include aspects of fitness including cardio, power, flexibility, balance, strength, stamina, agility and speed and are delivered in a maximum of 45 minutes per session.  Virtual classes are delivered 'live' via Zoom and they run 6 days a week with a variety of times to choose from.

Both options are truly interactive and our on demand option is available through a dedicated app for your smart phone or online from any mobile enabled device.  It can therefore track your workouts and offers post session feedback and encouragement.  On demand options really have all fitness genres covered – something for everyone with over 700 workouts to choose from.

From a coaching perspective, outdoor sports are delivered during school holidays and in-service days in a multi-sport capacity for all primary aged children.  Children are taught a variety of sports in a safe and engaging environment through direct instruction, guided discovery and fun games.  Teamwork and individual skills are developed and nurtured with each child experiencing success and hopefully spark an interest and desire to explore further.

Our lead coach, Stacy Bookless, has 20 years' experience in sport, sports development and fitness and is truly passionate about physical education and biomechanics.  Stacy is dedicated to her clients and is continually looking for ways to innovate and encourage interest in physical movement, in whatever medium people wish to do so.
