Garden City Realty announces its 2020 Agents of the Year

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Feb. 5, 2021 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., is pleased to announce Drew Dellinger was named Garden City Realty's 2020 Top Producer of the Year, Selling Agent of the Year, and Listing Agent of the Year. He was also recognized for Top Selling Transactions of the Year, Top Listing Transactions of the Year, and overall Top Total Transactions of the Year.

Additionally, Douglas Morris was named the Top Dual Transactions Agent of the Year, and Cal Harrelson was named the Top Luxury Portfolio Agent of the Year.

Drew Streett and Stephanie Riffle were both named the Top CRM Selling Agent of the Year, Top CRM Listing Agent of the Year, and Top CRM Transactions of the Year, while Streett was also the Top Garden City Realty Rental Referral Agent of the Year and Top LeadingRE Outgoing Transactions of the Year. Likewise, June Hiller was named Top CRM Listing Agent of the Year, and Brian White was named Top LeadingRE Outgoing Transactions of the Year.
Bobby Streett and Denise Coleman were both named Top LeadingRE Incoming Transactions of the Year.

Dellinger and Harrelson were recognized as Garden City Realty Platinum Club Level REALTORS for their outstanding 2020 MLS ranking within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume. Bobby Streett, Coleman, Morris, and Drew Streett were recognized as Garden City Realty Gold Club Level REALTORS for their outstanding 2020 MLS ranking with the top 15 percent of total MLS sales volume, and Hiller, Norm Clay, and William Hewitt were recognized as Garden City Realty Silver Club Level REALTORS for their outstanding 2020 MLS ranking within the top 25 percent of total MLS sales volume.

In 2020, Garden City Realty ranked within the top four percent of total sales volume for all of MLS. The average sales price of a residential property in the MLS was $298,083, while Garden City Realty's average sales price was $490,930. All statistics are based on active agents within MLS with sales between January 1 and December 31, 2020.
