The one-on-one process typically consists of the following three Modules designed to satisfy individual needs.
Module 1 – Assessment

➢A comprehensive Feedback Session to provide assessment results – gap analysis related to skills and behaviors that is critical to both individual and professional success.
Module 2 – Development Planning
➢Strategic Development Plan with assistance from a Coach.
➢Development Plan focuses principally on how to create a personal strategy for change and growth through academic coaching, real-time initiatives and possible related program participation.
Module 3 – Coaching
➢A Coach works with participant to design developmental initiatives and/or acquire the skills and competencies to promote success or avoid failure. New learning and skill enhancements are monitored and benchmarked against assessment data.
