BHHS FLPG's commercial division also had a year to write home about. With 157 units sold, 840 HOA door's managed, 546,103 square feet of commercial properties managed, their 27 commercial agents were able to close $101,890,834 in sales and lease volume.

Last, but certainly not least, the company's Asset Management department did outstanding as well. Their inventory included 1,491 properties managed, 556 renewal leases & 557 new leases, 272 new listings, 611 professional property evaluations performed, and 184 pets screened (18 were service animals!) These 39 asset managers totaled a listed leasing volume of $327,067,419.
