Stevens Construction completes FineMark National Bank & Trust headquarters

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Jan. 25, 2021 - PRLog -- Stevens Construction has completed the corporate headquarters of FineMark National Bank & Trust, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

Located at 8695 College Parkway, FineMark is a three-story, 60,000-square-foot, tilt-wall building with exquisite interiors such as custom millwork, tray ceilings, white oak trim, custom lighting and glass mosaic tile. Situated on six acres, FineMark features a soaring 30-foot lobby adorned with white oak and tile ascending to the ceiling, pendant chandeliers, artwork and porcelain tile. Offering a convenient and protected entrance, the porte-cochere includes roof pavers, which provide a pleasing view from the second and third floors.

For hosting a variety of events, FineMark has a community room with a 200-inch projection screen, tray ceilings, surround sound, dimmable lighting and power window shades. To best serve their clients, staff and the community, FineMark has a full commercial kitchen, natural gas generator and state-of-the-art technology.

Stevens Construction provided preconstruction services for 12 months prior to construction starting in October 2019, which included site and design team selection. Additionally, Stevens Construction worked with FineMark and the design team providing cost-saving recommendations, constructability reviews and budget estimating to ensure the project remained on budget and on schedule.

The Stevens Construction team includes Daniel Adams, project executive; Mike Brooks, project manager; Dan Kenyon, superintendent; Dan Oak, project engineer; and Rebeccah Cabana, project administrator. The architect of record is Studio+ and interiors are provided by Clive Daniel Home.
