Frank R. Jenkins Custom Homes to remodel a 2008 home in Renaissance, Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Jan. 8, 2021 - PRLog -- Frank R. Jenkins Custom Homes, a premier high-end home builder in Southwest Florida, has been contracted to remodel a home in Renaissance, a luxury golf community situated on the Daniels Parkway corridor in Fort Myers.

Inspired by the West Coast/Napa Valley lifestyle design of the Vittoria spec home being built and recently sold by Frank R. Jenkins Custom Homes and designed by Dwayne R. Bergmann Interiors, the homeowner employed the same team to remodel the home they recently purchased that was built in 2008.

Travertine tile flooring will be replaced with distressed French oak flooring. Walls, molding and millwork will be painted white. Lighting will be upgraded. The master suite will include new his and hers showers and a tub designed to feel like a Ritz-Carlton spa. The pool will be refinished.

The project is expected to be completed in April or May.
