IES Announces Winter 2021 Women in Sales Leadership Forum to Start on January 15

MCLEAN, Va. - Dec. 28, 2020 - PRLog -- The Institute for Excellence in Sales (https://i4esbd.com/) (IES) today announced the launch of its Winter 2021 Women in Sales Leadership Forum (http://www.i4esbd.com/womeninsales), which will kick off on January 15, 2021. The Forum is a transformational professional development experience designed to provide high performing women in sales and those on the leadership track with tools, techniques, networks and strategies to succeed.

Throughout the year, the IES hosts multiple Women in Sales Leadership Forums. The Forums are the industry's only non-corporate leadership cohort programs sales leaders. It's an application-driven, six-session program held over a three-month period for no more than 15 leaders at a time, to provide an intimate, open and honest environment for transformational growth.

The curriculum covers leadership styles, courageous decision-making, utilizing emotional intelligence, leadership-level communications, learning to trust and engage your intuition and is led by certified trainers and coaches, as well as successful women at the top of their careers.

The WIS Leadership Forum features a state-of-the-art virtual cohort community that uses multi-level learning and implementing strategies, peer-to-peer learning and coaching opportunities. In addition to the professional learning and growth opportunities, participants develop rich, valuable business relationships with other like-minded and ambitious sales leaders.
