D.Taylor Enterprises acquires Multi-family Property in Norfolk, VA

NORFOLK, Va. - Dec. 24, 2020 - PRLog -- NORFOLK, VA - D.Taylor Enterprises, a fast-growing professional development and consulting company, acquired a four individual multi-family property unit in the Berkley community in Norfolk, VA on December 22, 2020.

Demarcus Taylor, CEO of D.Taylor Enterprises, started the process of acquiring this property in September 2019. During the process, he signed up with D&T Financials on building and preparing credit for the leverage of pre-approval and interest rates.

"I'm looking forward to this opportunity to build financial freedom and generation wealth," said Taylor. "I want to increase the wealth percentage in the black community by leading by example and showing that nothing is impossible."

D.Taylor Enterprises plans to modernize the units and maintain occupancy to market levels. They anticipate generating significant returns.

The multifamily property was built in 1983 in the Berkley community.  Each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom at 875 sqft. The property is within two miles of the newly developed 500 million dollar resort casino and next door to the naval shipyard. The property is also about ten miles away from the Norfolk International Airport.
