Japanese Martial Arts Center Offers At-Home Options

JMAC is committed to providing great martial arts practice. The physical and mental health benefits gained from training are too important to put on hold during the pandemic, when it's more important than ever to stay as healthy as possible. JMAC still offers world-class training – but they've adapted delivery methods to accommodate social distancing.
JMAC training will continue via Zoom, video, and with private training. More information, including links to resources listed below, can be found on the JMAC website.
Group Training at Home
Participants may join group classes remotely via Zoom.
Martial arts, fitness, and Permission videos are available online through a link on the JMAC website.
Karate with Shimizu-Sensei
Members in karate can sign up for Zoom lessons with Shimizu-Sensei in Tokyo following the special link on the JMAC website.
Private lessons are available via Zoom or in person. In-person lessons follow social distancing guidelines and require masks at all times. Active members get one free 30-minute lesson during the lockdown. Additional private lessons can be purchased in 30-minute or 1-hour sessions
