Minnesota Second Amendment Lawyer Lynne Torgerson wins gun rights restoration out of Rice County

MINNEAPOLIS - Dec. 20, 2020 - PRLog -- Minnesota Gun Rights Lawyer Lynne Torgerson won a gun rights restoration case out of the County of Rice, State of Minnesota.  Ms. Torgerson's client, beginning as a juvenile, sustained a number of disqualifying convictions, including attempted burglary as a juvenile, controlled substance crimes, theft, forgery, and financial transaction card fraud, a fleeing police in a motor vehicle.  Subsequently, he completed turned his life around, completed drug and alcohol treatment, became a home owner, sustained long term employment, and had not had any criminal conviction for 12 years.  He completed Gun Safety at age 12, and now desired to have his Second Amendment rights restored, and, go hunting.  Finding he had matured and was not a public safety risk, The Honorable Christine Long, granted the request.  Well done Ms. Torgerson.
