Free Agent, Rustam Potokov, Partners With The Hope Center For The Holidays

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Dec. 17, 2020 - PRLog -- Football Free Agent, Rustam Potokov, partners with The Hope Center to distribute meals to those who need them this holiday season. Rustam will partner with this organization on Saturday, December 19, from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m as part of their holiday initiative to feed those in the community.

As Potokov continues to follow his dream of signing a contract with a professional football team, he still makes time for the community that has given so much to him.

"This is a time to give more than ever before," said Rustam. "With the world where it is right now, it seems necessary for me to help out my community as much as I can. I cannot think of a better way to do that than by partnering with The Hope Center this holiday season."

The Hope Center provides many different resources to help those in need. Their mission is to serve as a resource for individuals and families in East Flatbush and neighboring communities. They are able to do this by providing a range of outreach services that include a food pantry, community soup kitchen, clothing drive, educational resource center and various social and financial services benefiting the community.

"We are delighted to welcome Rustam Potokov to The Hope Center as he serves families in need during this holiday season, right in his hometown of Brooklyn, New York," said The Hope Center Board Member Danielle Sang. "This event will help supply more than 200 families with fresh, nutritious meals at a time they need it the most. We look forward to this great partnership in providing hope to our community."

This event will be held outdoors and all Covid guidelines will be followed. Potokov and The Hope Center is hoping to feed as many people as possible at this event while also making some memories.
