Shufti Pro's Remote Facility is Here to Stay

CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. - Dec. 15, 2020 - PRLog -- Shufti Pro, an AI-powered identity verification service provider is extending work-from-home permanently. Their employees can now carry out company operations from the safety of their homes.

Shufti Pro becomes the only company in the RegTech industry that offers KYC verification and AML screening to allow the permanent remote working option. In three year's time, Shufti Pro has been able to expand globally, operating from four offices in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Cyprus, and Dubai with hundreds of employees that will now have the option to work remotely.

The on-going pandemic has raised a major safety concern. Keeping in view the safety of its employees, Shufti Pro immediately managed for its employees to be able to work-from-home. The drastic spread of coronavirus makes it risky for the employees to carry on their work from the office location.

Shufti Pro said that safety is something that they are always striving to provide whether it's keeping the businesses safe from fraud or keeping their dedicated workers mentally and physically secure in these tough times.

The company conducted an in-house survey during the lockdown and discovered that 84% of the employees agree on the improvement in productivity level by working from their homes.

Earlier this year, CEO of Shufti Pro Victor Fredung expressed his views about a remote working option, "the company will therefore stagger teams returning to the office and incorporate work from home policies into normal routines so the company is well prepared for future emergencies."

Shufti Pro said that the option to work from home will be available even after the pandemic. Those employees whose work requires them to be present at the office location will be attending the office in-person, however, some of the employees will be allowed to carry on their official duties from their homes 3 days a week.
