GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Dec. 10, 2020 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce that REALTOR Porcia Stewart has joined the sales team.

"We are excited to have another new agent join the Garden City Realty sales team.  As our clientele database continues to expand, so does the need to grow our office. It's a good problem to have, especially in today's climate." said Sales and Relocation Coordinator, Michelle Genovesi.

"Despite the challenges of 2020, the real estate market has been booming along the South Strand this year", added Hewitt. "We didn't know what to expect as the year unfolded, but it's been good for Garden City Realty. Our market reach has grown substantially thanks to the changes we implemented a few years ago. As a result, we see a continuous need to expand our sales team. As our presence continues to grow along the Grand Strand, we don't see that changing."

Prior to relocating to the beach in 2014, Stewart served as a Director of the second-largest printing company in the world, where she collaborated with international publishers as well as a Marketing Analyst for the largest non-profit healthcare system in VA, where she was responsible for managing marketing and fundraising projects.

She is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS (CCAR), South Carolina Association of REALTORS (SCR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
