Panoramic Voices Presents Holiday Mixtape 2020

AUSTIN, Texas - Dec. 8, 2020 - PRLog -- Panoramic Voices announced today that their 7th annual Holiday Mixtape event will be a virtual livestream concert held on Thursday, December 17 at 6pm CT. This event is a standing-room-only (SRO) Austin tradition, historically held at The Blanton Art Museum, which has garnered a loyal following and notoriety as Panoramic Voices joins forces with symphonic rockers the Invincible Czars for a holiday rock show.

In this re-envisioned 2020 virtual performance, Panoramic Voices will share highlights from past holiday concerts and also stream new content created by Panoramic Voices and The Invincible Czars. In addition, there will be commentary and discussion by the powerful creative forces behind the Holiday Mixtape tradition Brent Baldwin, Panoramic Voices Artistic Director, and Josh Robins of The Invincible Czars. The show also features guest artists including Taylor Muse from Quiet Company, Carrie Fussell of Calliope Musicals and others.

Award-winning conductor, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, arranger and composer Brent Baldwin has served for 12 years as Panoramic Voice's Artistic Director. Mr. Baldwin said, "Panoramic Voices has always been adventurous music without borders, and now we've removed all geographic boundaries for participation as singers and audience members can join us from whatever corner of the world they call home."

"As 2021 is the 25th Anniversary of our organization, we are looking forward to continuing to build on the progress we have made in developing a Board of Directors and a chorus that reflect the diversity of Austin," said Bonnie Lockhart, Chair of the Panoramic Voices Board. "We are quite excited about the possibilities that technology gives us to reach world-wide audiences. The best is yet to come!"

The show will be completely free to view live on the Panoramic Voices YouTube channel, but you will have the chance to make a donation and ensure we meet our $1K challenge match. A portion of the donations received will benefit past collaborator Austin Soundwaves, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to making learning music accessible and equitable for all.
