To earn the "Great Place to Work" distinction, Clearwater Living team members were surveyed on more than 60 elements of the their experience with the company. Overall, 74 percent of Clearwater team members say that Clearwater is a great place to work, 86 percent agreed with the statement "My work has special meaning; this is not 'just a job,'" and 86 percent agree that "When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome."
