Why is Gratitude a Great Friend for a Beautiful Life?

Every day I wake up, I walk into the ocean. Every day I wake up, I watch the sunrise before me. Even when it is raining, the sun still shines. Even when I am feeling low, the sun still burns a hole through my damaged ego and into my soul.

MARBELLA, Spain - Nov. 28, 2020 - PRLog -- It is so easy for me to complain. It is so easy for me to see the glass half full. When I look around and I notice the other guy has a prettier wife and a bigger car, I can feel less than. But this is not who I am. This mind. And mind, wants me always searching for more. I am happiest when I accept, I have everything I need, and the universe will always manifest everything I want. As long as my intention is to serve the universe and not my ego. This is a universal law. I am here to serve.

When the world seems to be against me. When all is lost. The strong get stronger. And the weak get weaker. I have a decision to make every day. Who do I want to be today? Am I defeated or am I an inspiration to my children, family and those who are around me? This is the question. How do I become a better human? Just for today.

Gratitude is my greatest friend, in the adventure we all call life. I was told to write a gratitude list every day. just write down 3 things you are grateful for and feel the change within the system. This is a bio-hack. It does not work immediately, but implemented every day, consistently, this simple practice can change the direction of a life. At least once a week, I take myself out of my comfort zone for a gratitude walk. I agree to be present during the walk. No headphones, no phones, no children. Just me and life. I concentrate on the beat of my heart, and I agree with myself, and my higher power that I am grateful to be alive. Just for today. Another way to connect with the frequency of love and joy is to write a letter to someone I love. If they are alive I read the letter to them. If they have passed, I burn the letter late at night under the stars. I also journal. Not every day but most days. I ask my inner child how he is feeling? I write the question out with my right hand, and I let my inner child respond by writing the response with my left hand. This is bio-hack.
