The Snell & Wilmer team included: Alexix Terriquez, Alysha Green, Amberlee Conley, Anthony Eulano, Ben Nucci, Courtney Henson, Ed Hermes, Gabrielle Morlock, Jennifer Puchalski, Jessica Kemper, John Vryhof, Kelly Daly, Lauren Munsell, Lauren Podgorski, Matthew Grumbling, Russell Johnson, Soheila Shahidi and Kevin Wright.

"We're incredibly grateful for the Florence Project's collaboration and support. It has allowed us to offer services to some of the most vulnerable members of our community, children. We're thankful for the opportunity to provide representation and look forward to our ongoing collaboration," said Ben Nucci (https://www.swlaw.com/people/benjamin_nucci), Snell & Wilmer attorney and pro bono committee co-chair.

The Florence Project is a nonprofit that provides free legal and social services to detained immigrants in Arizona facing removal proceedings. Founded in 1989, the Florence Project has served adults in immigration detention for 30 years and has served children since 2000.

The Florence Project recognized Snell & Wilmer due to attorneys' hard work and dedication in representing child immigrants.

"Even during an unprecedented global pandemic, the Snell & Wilmer team stepped up to the plate in the name of public service," The Florence Project stated in a press release. "The brilliant Snell & Wilmer teams have met with their clients virtually, listened to them tell their stories, successfully advocated against deportation, and started the process toward a permanent and secure life in the United States."
