The COVID-19 pandemic didn't slow down the artist, who released his first two EPs, "Potential Love" and "Undertow," along with official music videos for his singles "Relief" and "Potential Love," all in under six months.
Today, the artist announced the release of his latest project through his LA-based indie record label, Vicewave Records. The "Serenity" EP features a mix of five chill pop and dance songs exploring the peaks and valleys of love, self-discovery, and the need for serenity. The artist's heartfelt vocals in the songs "True," "Serenity," "Playing with Fire," "Treasure," and "Attention" are set to backdrops of brooding beats and dreamy synth melodies.
Garrett created his latest EP to work through his own personal struggles while offering his growing fan base another dose of relatable and soothing music during what has been a difficult year for many.
"This new EP is a very personal exploration as I bring listeners on a journey through the struggle to find lasting love and inner peace," Garrett said. "I put a lot of emotion into the writing, performance, and production of this EP and am so excited to share this now with my amazing EDM community. I could not be where I've gotten so fast without the support and love of my fans."
Garrett is currently producing the official music video for the Serenity track "Playing with Fire." The video is slated for release next month.
