EssEmm has introduced another top of the line commercial kitchen machine namely the Cosmos SteamPro streamer built for steaming requirements in commercial kitchens. There are four steamer models currently available with EssEmm, including SP 12.2 G, SP 12.2 E, SP 12.1 G, SP 12.2 G, with different capacity/batch quantities from 18kg -30kg rice, 36kg-60kg vegetables,266- 360 Idlies and 360-720 eggs based on the steamer model. The number of Idlies in each tray varies from 24 to 30.

The SteamPro's water inlet is fitted with automatic water filling system, in addition to drain provision. The overall construction boasts of SS 304 high-quality Stainless steel (SS). Built-in castors ensure easy mobility of the machine. Temperature and time can be adjusted suitably depending upon the application. Thermal insulated cooking cabinet guarantees energy consumption and prevents environmental hazards.  Steamer Models SteamPro 12.2 E and SteamPro 12.2 G are built with a triple locking door system that effectively uses steam circulating inside the cooking cabinet. The SteamPro 12.1 G is constructed with gas heating system.
