Mindy Colón promoted to development manager at Stevens Construction

ORLANDO, Fla. - Nov. 12, 2020 - PRLog -- Stevens Construction has promoted Mindy Colón to development manager, announced Michael Waskiewicz, Orlando division manager.

Colón will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential project opportunities in the Orlando market as well as cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and design team partners.

A Stevens Construction team member since 2013, Colón previously served as project administrator for Stevens Construction's Orlando office, completing projects such as Lennar's Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, the Osceola Regional Medical Center Maternity Unit renovation and multiple projects for various campuses of AdventHealth. She brings 17 years of administration and accounting experience in the construction industry.
