National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals Presents Its 37th Annual Conference
Leading Organization in the Hospitality Industry Showcases National Thought Leaders and Unveils Its Inaugural 2020 Black Traveler Report

The NCBMP's 37th Annual Conference will feature national and international speakers that will address current affairs as well as present professional development workshops for the hospitality and tourism industries domestically and around the globe. The virtual convening will also feature the leading hospitality executives in the industry, along with elected officials, who will present the newest trends for Black and Brown travelers in the U.S. Such well known notables include:
On Friday, November 20, 2020 and in collaboration with MMGY Global and the Black Travel Alliance, NCBMP will release its first-ever report focused on Black travelers called, The Black Traveler: Insights, Opportunities & Priorities. This report is the first in a series of MMGY Travel Intelligence market research studies and works to better identify the needs, behaviors, and sentiment of underrepresented travel communities. It will also work to better understand the sociopolitical contexts of the Black traveler as they relate to identity as well as raise awareness of the importance of the BIPOC traveler in the hospitality and tourism industries.

The National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals (NCBMP), founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the training needs of Black hospitality professionals, and those that support Black meetings and events.
