RAIN Group's Erica Benedick Wins 2020 Boston Admin Award

BOSTON - Oct. 29, 2020 - PRLog -- RAIN Group, a global firm delivering award-winning results through in-person and virtual sales training, coaching, and reinforcement, announced today its office administrator, Erica Benedick, was recognized in the 2020 Boston Admin Awards.

Benedick, who is described as the Swiss Army knife of RAIN Group, was named Office Manager of the Year for the significant impact she's had on the Top 20 Sales Training Company.

Benedick's responsibilities are all encompassing. In addition to handling administrative tasks and managing schedules for executive leadership, she serves as tech liaison for the worldwide team, provides customer support and service for the global client base, qualifies inbound leads, assists the product development team, and more.

"Erica's dedication is second to none. Her eye for detail, relentless attention to quality, and superb efficiency are what make Erica an essential member of the global team," shared Steve Elefson, VP at RAIN Group. She couples an outstanding can-do attitude with a breadth and depth of skills that enable her to take on a broad range of roles for the team."

Prior to joining RAIN Group in 2016, Erica was a Negotiation Workshop Coordinator at Harvard Law School and Assistant Director of Reunions and Class Events at MIT.

I enjoy collaborating on new projects and working with our clients to make sure everything is ready to go prior to their deliveries. The Admin Awards recognizes administrative excellence in nine individual award categories. Award winners were announced during its virtual gala on October 10.

Erica is a graduate of Salem State University with a B.S. in Communications. Not only does she contribute in significant ways at RAIN Group, but also gives back to her community. Erica volunteers with The Joseph and Leslie Carr Foundation, a nonprofit that helps feed families in need during the holidays in the Northern Worcester County area, the Stow Food Pantry, and the Carroll School Parents Association. In addition, she serves on the Community Preservation Committee in Stow and is Chair for the Stow Finance Committee.
