-- The Information Security Forum (ISF) is hosting Digital 2020, its Annual World Congress, from November 15-19, 2020. Now in its 31st
year, this annual event provides a unique opportunity for attendees to discuss and share solutions to today's most significant cyber security challenges. For the first time, the ISF World Congress will be broadcast live across multiple time zones, providing a unique interactive global event experience, allowing attendees to watch and participate in the full agenda at times that best suit their schedules.
"Our World Congress has become the setting where industry-leading organizations and executives gather, allowing attendees to share knowledge, best practices and thought leadership,"
said Steve Durbin, Managing Director, ISF. "While our annual, flagship event will continue to deliver a program with valuable content, opportunities to discuss and find solutions to current security challenges as well as gain practical advice from peers and leading industry experts, this year's conference will be broadcast live across multiple time zones around the globe. As well as an unrivalled set of keynotes, we have a fascinating sponsor speaker program and thought-provoking member and ISF staff presentations."
At Digital 2020, global cyber security experts will discuss (https://www.securityforum.org/events/world-congress/31st-...
) the key security challenges and opportunities that organizations of all sizes are facing. Key topics of discussion will include cyber security in the boardroom, effective risk management post pandemic, human-centred security and the ISF's trademark forward looking threat assessment, Threat Horizon 2023. ISF member-led sessions will provide guidance on using the ISF's Aligned Tools Suite for risk assessment, compliance and assurance, quantitative risk analysis and the latest ISF research.
Over the four-day event, attendees can participate in up to 80 content-rich sessions from ISF member speakers and industry experts as well as keynote sessions from the following:
· Sir Bob Geldof
· Shoshana Zuboff
· Dame Inga Beale
· Dr. Hannah Fry
"Our global team has been working extremely hard behind the scenes to finalize what will be one of the richest and most varied Congress agendas yet," continued Durbin. "As we are broadcasting online, we have been able to remove any attendance restrictions and for the first time members will be able to have an unlimited number of employees participate in the Congress, wherever they are located, worldwide, presenting a unique opportunity for corporate security and risk teams to come together to hear first-hand from ISF analysts, experts and members."
