Covid-19 has led organisations to upturn the strategies to reinforce a sense of acceptance among their employees. Since WFH became a new norm to carry out the business operations, companies have been facing tremendous challenges in ensuring the same.
However, Capital Foods, a parent company of Ching's Secret and Smith & Jones, achieved 97% of employees expressing their sense of belongingness towards the organisation. To ensure a high motivation level among the workforce and check employee sentiment, the company conducted a Human Understanding Measurement Survey.
