Flagler Fish Company Celebrates 15 years in business!

"We are grateful to have been able to serve Flagler County residents and visitors for the past 15 years," said owner of Flagler Fish Company Chris Casper. "We've survived all of the ups and downs over the last 15 years that come along with life in our small 'Mayberry' by the sea," he added.
In addition to celebrating their 15-year anniversary this year, they also decided to do something they've never done before…open on Sundays. "We did what it took to keep the community fed and the restaurant open," said Chris. "We had a brisk take-out business during the shut down and wanted our customers to be able to enjoy our menu seven days a week," Chris added. Chris also said that he is looking forward to the restaurant's expansion to a full liquor bar and doubling their square footage in 2021.

The restaurant offers a wide selection of fresh fish and shellfish. The selection varies on a daily basis including fish such as cobia, grouper, flounder, cod, triggerfish, local shrimp, salmon, tuna and more. They also carry USDA Prime hand cut rib-eye, and filet mignon. The indoor and outdoor restaurant offers daily appetizer and dinner specials. Some of their most popular signature items are their lobster, crab, or shrimp cocktail, steamed mussels, shrimp 'n grits and Asiago potatoes. Creative gourmet sides include Cole's Slaw (named after the Casper's first son), fish sandwiches, Maine lobster, seared tuna, USDA Prime beef burgers, and full plate salads. Creative soups and chowders round out their gourmet offerings. They are a Slow Foods recognized restaurant, meaning that they source and use a good deal of local products. They offer approximately 30 different wines that are constantly evolving, as well as a selection of premium and domestic beers. FFC prides themselves on being 'green'.
Flagler Fish Company continually supports local charities such as The Tommy Tant Scholarship Fund, Rally for a Cure, Friends of A1A, church organizations and many more. The restaurant employs 25 staff, including three managers. They are located at 180 South Daytona Avenue in Flagler Beach. They are open Mon.- Sat. from 11am to 9pm, and Sunday's 12pm to 8pm.
