Luxury Caterer, Peapod & Co, Launch Its New Autumn Canapé Box Delivery Menu

ALTON, U.K. - Oct. 8, 2020 - PRLog -- Following the successful launch of Peapod & Co's canapé box delivery service - 'Canape Boxes by Peapod & Co.' Luxury boutique caterer, Peapod & Co, is pleased to launch its Autumn canapé box delivery menu with new edible gems for those all-important celebrations and get-togethers this season - be it cosy nights in huddled around the fireplace, intimate wedding receptions, dinner parties or press launches.

Bursting with autumnal flavours and bold colours, the Autumn canapé  menu, available for delivery across London and the home counties, offers a selection of canapés from the sea, soil and land, in addition to a tempting dessert menu - all meticulously designed by Head Chef and Founder of Peapod & Co, Henrietta Russell.

Signature canapés, include:

- Spicy bloody Boris - a twist on the bloody Mary - with burrata and olive crumb, dedicated to all the couples who have very sadly postponed their weddings due to COVID-19 and the government's guidelines restricting weddings to 30 and then again to 15 and shedding light on the urgent need for support for the wedding and event industry
- Crispy curried cauliflower popcorn with coconut yoghurt
- Halloween pumpkin and sage soufflé
- Gruyère and truffle toastie
- Chicken liver and foie gras parfait, spiced orange and gold leaf on rye bread
- Salt-baked carrot with sea bass, crispy kale and spiced carrot puree

Excitingly, Peapod & Co. is pleased to be partnering with experts in their respective fields, English Vineyard, Jenkyn Place and Maison Marque et Domaines, which will enable the catering company to extend its canapé delivery service to include wine pairing.
