Candleglow Apartments in Brooksville sells for $13.82 million

Colliers International facilitates transaction for 152-unit garden-style apartment community
 
BROOKSVILLE, Fla. - Oct. 6, 2020 - PRLog -- Beachwold Residential, which owns and manages multifamily properties, has purchased Candleglow Apartments in Brooksville for $13,825,000. The two-story, garden-style apartment community is located at 1071Candlelight Blvd.

Craig Brown, Senior Associate with the East Region Multifamily Advisory Group of Colliers International in Tampa and Will Mathews, Managing Director of the East Region Multifamily Advisory Group of Colliers International in Atlanta represented the seller, Capital Square 1031, in the transaction.

"This transaction is a testament to the continued demand for well-positioned value-add multifamily assets in Central and West Florida," Brown said. "As the region continues to benefit from strong demographics and population growth, Tampa Bay remains one of the most sought-after multifamily investment markets in the Southeast."

Candleglow Apartments is located just minutes from the Suncoast Parkway, providing easy access south to Tampa Bay, as well as the Gulf Coast. Community amenities include a swimming pool, sundeck, grilling and picnic area, dog park and racquetball/tennis courts. Within the units, amenities include large closets, ceiling fans, patios/balconies, electronic thermostats and washer/dryer hook-ups.

Beachwold Residential is a prominent multifamily owner in Florida, with properties throughout the Central, West and North Florida markets.
