Research suggests roughly one in 13 people struggles with inappropriate, intense, or poorly controlled anger.*
The COVID-19 pandemic, continued social tensions, politics, and economic distress have only amplified feelings of anger for many people.
Anger management expert Lynnette C. Anderson says with the proper tools, anyone can regain control and confidence. Anderson is a "professional emancipator"
Anderson is also celebrating the grand opening of the new business office of "Therapeutic Holistic Innovative Naturopathic Knowledge for Anger Management,"
The THINK Instead business office will be celebrated with an open house, free to the public, on October 24.
Anderson's anger management classes focus on illuminating coping skills, critical thinking, conflict resolution, negotiation, and forgiveness, along with understanding why a person responds with anger.
"I'm so excited to expand my reach through a new Philadelphia business office and the launch of my book at a time when techniques for controlling anger are needed more than ever," Anderson said. "I want you to know that you are not alone in feeling angry. I will equip you with the self-knowledge, self-forgiveness, and self-love to relay any of your emotions, including seemingly uncontrollable anger."
In Don't Cry and Don't Beg, she reveals evidence-based, proven strategies for getting to the root of an individual's unique triggers for anger, transforming rage into controlled expression.
"You don't need to live with the guilt, unintended outcomes, and feelings of failure caused by unbridled anger," she said.
Don't Cry and Don't Beg is now available where books are sold in eBook and audio formats as well as print versions in Spanish and English.
