Community 1st Credit Union Garners 5th Straight Des Moines Register "Top Workplace" Award

OTTUMWA, Iowa - Oct. 5, 2020 - PRLog -- OTTUMWA, IA –Community 1st Credit Union received its fifth straight Des Moines Register "Top Workplace" award last September 13. The company was among the 150 Iowa companies and organizations that were given the 2020 honor.

C1st was 12th on the list of mid-sized company employers, which is an all-time high for the credit union based in Iowa.  It currently has 226 employees and 17 branch locations, with the 18th opening in Osceola, IA in 2021.

The award is based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace environment.

Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection. Workplace Dynamics first published the list in 2006.
