Here is what the feature exactly does! This can be divided into two parts- pulse and survey. Pulse is burst and pop-ups that take seconds for the employee to answer and they appear on the screen. The surveys, on the other hand, are delivered to the Inbox of employees as a notification. The same contains a survey with several questions related to a particular topic.
