Dawl opened up to host Rebel Jones about her fitness business, her training style and how beginners can transition into living a healthier lifestyle.

During the talk, Dawl told Jones that it is essential new clients set realistic goals for themselves. She emphasized how important it is to take the time to work on your body instead of looking for quick results. She only works with people who are dedicated to bettering themselves.

"My training style is a little bit different than some other people. For one, I am passionate. For two, I'm not going to yell at you. Because this is not for me, this is for you… This is what you told me you wanted to do. I'm the one that is keeping you accountable," said Dawl.

She gave advice to aspiring trainers by telling her story of how she grew her business from the bottom. She told Jones about her fears and struggles she faced along the way.

Throughout the session, Dawl gave detailed, strategic workouts for each question she received during the live event. She is an energetic trainer, who cares for her female clients as friends.
