Tasha Madison Is the Only Author to Secure Top 10 Spot for Two Novels in Global Author Elite Awards

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Sept. 14, 2020 - PRLog -- Author Tasha Madison has been chosen as a Top-10 Finalist for a 2020 Author Elite Award (AEA), an honor bestowed for literary merit and publishing excellence.

Madison is the only author with two books that are up for an AEA prize. Her novels, PHARAOH'S SHADOW and FABRIC of a GENERATION are finalists in the Historical Fiction and Young Adult categories.

PHARAOH'S SHADOW is a historical novel about the infamous murder conspiracy to kill Ramesses III, the reigning monarch during the 20th Dynasty in ancient Egypt. Madison is a paternal descendant of Ramesses III and wrote the novel to honor her distant relative.

FABRIC of a GENERATION is a young adult novel that follows the family saga of the Wilson household. In the book, a troubled teen's world is turned upside down after finding a mystical object in the attic that sends her on various misadventures through time.

According to Kary Oberbrunner, founder of Author Academy Elite and the Author Elite Awards, hundreds of books from authors throughout the world are up for an Author Elite Award. "Our goal is to help further connect this global community of authors, maintain excellence and integrity of the book publishing industry, and raise awareness that the stories being told and the authors who write them are worth our attention."

Authors of all kinds—indie, traditional, or collaborative—are being considered for the award in one of 16 categories. Entries are being reviewed and evaluated based on popular vote, social contribution, and overall presentation (cover, content, flow, and originality) by the AEA's voting membership comprised of best-selling authors, literary agents, and industry leaders.

The top ten finalists in each category will be presenting their book synopsis at the Author Elite Awards Red Carpet Session on Friday, Oct. 23, 2020. Winners will be announced later that evening at the Author Elite Awards Ceremony where they will be invited to give an acceptance speech. Winners will also receive the opportunity to present their book synopsis at the Igniting Souls Conference
