Concerned Citizens of South Central Los Angeles builds affordable housing to enable the poor to improve their economic conditions and support the City of Los Angeles homeless housing efforts.

Based in South-Central Los Angeles, non-profit Concerned Citizens of South Central Los Angeles (CCSCLA) provides affordable housing for low income families which has been considered a "model for the country" because it goes beyond simply providing bricks and mortar housing by adding the in house social programs needed in our community along with affordable places to call home.

Zion Towers) and Warwick Terrace, all which exist to serve as a community resource in helping solve the housing crisis currently affecting the Greater Los Angeles area.
Concerned Citizens of South-Central Los Angeles (CCSCLA), a non-profit 501(c)3 community-based organization, has been working with families and organizations in South Central Los Angeles since 1985 providing affordable housing to the most vunerable in Greater Los Angeles and surrounding communities.
CCSCLA currently provides affordable housing for over 2000 families annually and is assisting in the development of affordable low-income housing in Southern California communities by providing technical and community-based assistance to non-profit housing development corporations working within our South-Central Los Angeles communities.
