Manzil Pathan knew that stepping into the competitive market was not an easy task to do. The well-established and the in-grained market was not an easy thing to do. It was in the year of 2007 when Manzil Pathan started working as a marketing professional with the TATA SKY and learnt about the work quite well.

Manzil Pathan never hesitated to learn about new things and concepts. It was with multiple experiences that enriched his passion in his field. This led him to success in his life very soon.

Later on, Manzil Pathan decided to open a business of his very own. It was after this that with some thousands of rupees in his pocket, he began to realize that it will need some time but he will truly succeed one day. All the money came from the sale of his bike in the year 2011. He started customizing old cars and their parts replacing with the new ones giving them a desired new look. It is one of the trendiest USP of CCWS.

The cars are polished and maintained high so that they can be put up for sale. Passing through 150 steps of quality checks, the company believed in creating new cars with new specifications and better speed. The biggest deal of Manzil Pathan's initial business career started when he could sale his Bentley Continental selling it with a grand profit amount of about 1.27 crores.

The year 2013 was quite propitiously auspicious for him. He opened the second branch of his company at Hyderabad.
