Assistant Clinical Director Announcement

INDEPENDENCE, Kan. - Sept. 3, 2020 - PRLog -- Missouri Palliative & Hospice Care is a community-based organization dedicated to palliative and hospice care. Missouri Palliative & Hospice Care is proud to announce the promotion of Crystal Regan from RN Case Manager to Assistant Clinical Director. With over seven years' experience in hospice case management, Regan brings exceptional knowledge to the health care leadership team.

Regan will be assisting in delivering holistic patient centered care and support to our hospice patient and their caregivers. She will work in collaboration with management staff to ensure accountability and continuity of nursing care and will continue to be a support system to the palliative and hospice care team. Regan started her health care career at the age of 19 when she became a CNA and then advanced her career to an LPN. Regan then attended Park Universities, rigorous nursing program, and went on to graduate with a passion for providing excellent care and earned her RN degree. She has previously worked as a Charge Nurse in Long-term Care and Skilled Nursing facilities where she acquired the care and compassion that paved the way to her career in hospice and palliative care.
