The Aloft Denver North Westminster to Open in The Orchard Town Center

The 120-room hotel located at 14780 Delaware Street will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by 14780 Delaware 1 LLC and managed by Renascent Hospitality (http://www.renascenthospitality.com/) of Greenwood Village, Colorado. General Manager Tony Loos and Director of Sales & Marketing Katie Palmer lead the management team at the property.
