·         When you arrive, you will be asked to remain outside until we feel it is safe for you to come in. This is to ensure there are no other patients present when you enter the practice and also to ensure we have finished our deep clean of the practice before you enter.

·         You will find some hand rub at the entrance which you must use on entering and exiting the practice.

·         You will find the members of the team in full PPE whilst you are in the practice.
