council) of CompTIA (https://www.comptia.org)
, the leading trade association for the global technology industry. As a member of the council, Mr. Dahlstrom will contribute to CompTIA's initiatives that help businesses navigate the new drone landscape and provide guidance for both providers and users of drones in the changing regulatory environment.
Apellix that designs and builds drones that paint/coating, cleaning, and take contact-based measurements. Mr. Dahlstrom has a wealth of experience around the application of these specific types of drone in business and industry. The Apellix systems are frequently tethered with an umbilical cord that supplies both power and materials such as paint or chemical washing agents. The intimate knowledge of these types of systems and their use in industry possessed by Mr. Dahlstrom will broaden the knowledge base of the existing committee.

The CompTIA Drone Advisory Council is comprised of experts in the industry including providers, service companies, lawyers, policy experts, end users and distributors. The council provides guidance and insight in matters relating to the drone market by sharing industry expertise and experience to help bring awareness of regulatory guidelines, business application advice and informative resources.
