10% Reduction on House and Land Purchases Announced on Nevis
Your Caribbean Dream Home Just Got a Lot Closer to Becoming a Reality
The island dubbed, The Queen of the Caribe, traditionally requires foreigners to apply for an Alien Land Holding Licence (ALHL) which attracts a fee of 10% of the net real estate price.
This 10% fee has been waived on sales initiated by 31 December 2020.
But it doesn't end there, once you have benefitted from this reduction you can also take advantage of the construction concessions.
If you commence renovation or a build project by 31 December 2020 you will benefit from no Customs Duty and Service Charge on material orders over U$D 30,000.00.
To ensure the island benefits from these concessions, you will be required to employ 80% of your workforce from the talented pool of St Kitts & Nevis contractors and tradespeople.
St Kitts & Nevis Realty can help find the right property for you and fast track your purchase process to ensure you benefit from these concessions. We work with an exceptional group of architects, draughtsmen and designers as well as contractors, tradespeople and house staff.
We offer a one stop shop for all your real estate needs on St Kitts & Nevis.
The island federation of St Kitts & Nevis are attracting a lot of attention due to their handling of the Covid-19 pandemic and we are now one of only a handful of Covid free countries in the world.
