CLEVELAND - Aug. 23, 2020 - PRLog -- Jeff Ehasz, CEO of the Ohio Small Police Department Association (OSPSA), announced that Dr. Joseph Han has joined the Board of Directors at Ohio Small Police Department Association.

"Dr. Joseph Han is a proven leader who has worked in large and small universities and municipal agencies. Han brings a wealth of strategic planning and law enforcement leadership experience to OSPDA," said OSPDA CEO Jeff Ehasz.

"The Board of Directs help ensure that Ohio's law enforcement agencies have the resources to serve the community. Han's valuable insight into the rapidly changing world of law enforcement will enhance the positive impact OSPDA can have in our communities." Ehasz continued.

"Dr. Han demonstrates leadership qualities we hope will translate into an improvement for small law enforcement agencies in the State of Ohio. We strive to provide small police agencies with resources that may not be available due to budget constraints in their communities."

Dr. Joseph Han is the Chief Transformation Catalyst for the Nunchi Group, where he helps organizational leaders achieve maximum performance through alignment, strategic planning, process improvement, and capacity building, and a lieutenant for the Village of Hartford in Central Ohio. Han holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership –Higher Educational Administration from Idaho State University; MBA and Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University; Professional Facilities Management Certification from the University of California - San Diego; Bachelor of Arts in Animal Physiology with a Double Minor in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of California - San Diego; Associate of Science in Biochemistry from Santa Rosa Junior College.
