Real estate investment expert hosts 'All About the Properties' conference in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Aug. 14, 2020 - PRLog -- Real estate agent and investment expert Morris Smith is hosting his "All About the Properties" Real Estate & Networking Conference on Saturday, October 3, 10:00am-2:00pm, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Montgomery, AL.

"This is our first real estate and networking conference, and I'm so excited to provide my fellow entrepreneurs, and people wanted to get into real estate, with information on how to get started," Smith said. A product of Smith's Beyond The Clippers program, the event will teach other entrepreneurs the basics o real estate investing with Ramon Tookes, author and real estate investment coach as the keynote speaker. Attendings will get a crash course in real estate, wholesaling, financial literacy and networking.

Additionally, the event will feature a panel of seasoned real estate professionals including Ashley Smith, an attorney for over 10 years; Wilbert Hamilton, financial advisor for over 10 years; and David Herman, restate investor and broker for over 40 years.

Aiming to educate and aid entrepreneurs in expanding into the real estate space, Beyond The Clippers serves as a way for businessowners, without experience in real estate, to gain expertise and resources that will allow them to locate exclusive properties, invest in unique real estate opportunities, and make smarter decisions in real estate.

As a serial entrepreneur, Smith has been able to be successful as a barbershop owner while also developing multiple businesses in different industries. However, he found his passion in real estate through investing in distressed properties after receiving his real estate license in his early 20s.
