Excelsior's Online Accounting Application adds new component to VybeOffice Suite

VybeOffice is a connected suite of modules that can be added on to a core of client data. it allows a company (including inter-related companies) to be managed online. With the addition of the Quote feature, customers can now :

• Add a quote (this doesn't affect your profit/loss statement),
• Put the quote on hold until you are ready to send it out
• Convert the quote to an invoice, or
• Create an invoice.

VybeBooks will also generate a report to show all of the quotes outstanding so it's easy to follow-up with clients for potential new business.
