Race Does NOT Matter. A Mom's RACE Talk Matters

Dr. Deering's TLMR® Framework keeps moms "on track" in discussing race-related matters with their children.

RALEIGH, N.C. - Aug. 18, 2020 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC – Dr. Michelle Deering believes that mothers are the cornerstone for families having healthy racial dialogue with their children. She has launched a ground-breaking, psychologically-infused program – The Mom Talks Experience™ -- within which she gives moms tailored tools and strategies for race talk.

The Mom Talks Experience™ (TMTE) is a two-phased experience for mothers -- an  online course & group experience -- during which they learn about what it means to be a racial being, get material to inform discussions with their children, and receive non-judgmental support throughout the process.

As a result of participating in TMTE, moms increase their knowledge, decrease their discomfort level, and grow in their confidence in how to have race discussions with their children.

"Before TMTE, I didn't know how to speak to my children about race-related issues. After participating in TMTE, I felt much more confident about having race-related conversations with my children. I recommend TMTE for anyone who wants to explore weighty racial topics in a warm, supportive environment. It was a life-changing experience!" -Pamela W., business owner
