P3 Stands United with Vascular Surgeons on Social Media

ONTARIO, Calif. - July 30, 2020 - PRLog -- We stand beside the female doctors who were singled out in a recent article published in the August 2020 edition of the Journal of Vascular Surgery.

It was titled, "Prevalence of Unprofessional Social Media Content Among Young Vascular Surgeons," after which we saw many female physicians and surgeons from around the country posting pictures of themselves in a bikini, posing during relaxed evenings, or sitting beside the pool. It is to show support for surgeons and to appear as one community of strong women.

P3 Healthcare Solutions stands with them in this cause of freedom and equality. It is our right to take social media platforms only as social outlets and not as professional havens. We must respect their boundaries and pay gratitude to their care services.

They can have discussions on matters of public interest as much as they have the right to pose in swimsuits. That shouldn't affect our opinion of them. It also doesn't affect their credibility as a surgeon.

Med Bikini is the hashtag that has been trending for the past few days to stay in line with the current movement. While there is a mention of provocative social media content, those responsible for judging them should be taken into account as well.
