The award focuses on and recognises our Microsoft Dynamics 365 teams work within the HSE COVIDCare Tracker project during what was a difficult and challenging time in all of our lives.

From the outset, it was clear that the HSE COVIDCare Tracker would be a uniquely challenging, fast-paced yet hugely rewarding project. The collaboration and support of key-decision makers within the HSE paired with the years of expertise provided by the Microsoft Dynamics team at Sysco Software was of critical importance in the delivery of the project during an unprecedented period.
Sysco Software Solutions, as a Dynamics 365 implementation partner, provided a single platform to unify all COVID-19 patient data, providing the single source of truth required by medical professionals to communicate, track, report, test, treat and monitor patients from initial contact through to after treatment in step-down facilities and provided extended pre and post go-live support and training.

The COVIDCare Tracker is also securely connected to the Irish National HealthLink service which allows for the transmission of patient information between Hospitals and Medical Practitioners on the frontlines creating a unified view of patient information in real-time.
