Ash Auto Group Welcomes Chris Olsen As Chief Operating Officer

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - July 21, 2020 - PRLog -- Ash Auto Group is pleased to announce that Chris Olsen has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Olsen brings more than 20 years of experience to Ash Auto Group. As a critical part of the organization, Olsen will be responsible for implementing technology driven solutions that will drive organizational optimization and operational efficiency. His previous experience and leadership were focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business solutions which have consistently resulted in cost reductions while increasing productivity and output.

Olsen was previously a senior software systems analyst for Lockheed Martin, a provider of technology-driven flight simulation and training services, for the past 15 years. He was responsible for software development advancing the flight simulators along with constant re-design and upgrades to the business processes surrounding development and delivery of new software. Olsen is also a Lecturer at Arizona State University from 2011 to the present, teaching in the areas of systems development, database design and process management.

Olsen has also worked for Performance Software as a software engineer contracting for large organizations such as Honeywell, Smiths Aerospace and Motorola. Here he gained knowledge of technology and the entire systems development life cycle. He participated in many projects between multiple companies and was exposed to many different processes learning the advantages and disadvantages of each of the individual organizations.

Olsen has a Bachelor of Science degree from the DeVry University in Phoenix and he received his Masters of Information Management from W.P. Carey Business School at Arizona State University.
